Search Transfer Order
Required Permissions
- View Transfer Orders
- ability to search and view Transfer Orders
- Modify Transfer Orders
- ability to add, view, edit, cancel and close Transfer Orders
- View Reports
- ability to print and export Transfer Orders List Report
Search Transfer Order
- Go to Orders tab of the main menu.
- Select Transfer -> Search Order menu item.

The following window displaying Transfer Orders opens:

You can add a new Transfer Order by clicking Add Order button. You will be redirected to Add Transfer Order window.
Specify the necessary search criteria in Search Transfer Order frame:

The following optional filters can be applied:

| Site | Drop-down list of active Sites that you have access to. The necessary Site can be searched by the ellipsis button [...] as well. Multiple Select is supported. CoreIMS automatically prepopulates the field if you have a specified Default Site (please refer to Users section). |
| Owner | Drop-down list of active Companies marked as Owner. The necessary Company can be searched by the ellipsis button [...] as well. Visible only if Ownership mode is set up as Item level or Stock Level in System Settings. If you (your CoreIMS user) have a specified Owner (please refer to Users section), you will be able to search for Transfer Order(s) only of this Owner or without owner. |
| Order Type | Drop-down list of Order Types. |
| Status | Drop-down list of the predefined system values: New, In Process, Closed, Canceled, In Process + Not Allocated, In Process + Partially Allocated, In Process + Fully Allocated. |
| Item | Drop-down list of active items. The necessary item can be searched by the ellipsis button [...] as well. Multiple Select is supported. |
| Order Date | You can specify the date range of Order Date for the Transfer Order(s) you are looking for. |
| Due Date | You can specify the date range of Due Date for the Transfer Order(s) you are looking for. |
| Complete Date | You can specify the date range when the Transfer Order(s) you are looking for was closed. |
| Amount Ordered | You can specify the range of Amount for which the Transfer Order(s) you are looking for was ordered. |
| Transfer To Site | Drop-down list of active Sites. The necessary Site can be searched by the ellipsis button [...] as well. Multiple Select is supported. |
| Priority | Drop-down list of the predefined system values: Rush, Low, Medium, High. |
| Carrier | Drop-down list of the values defined in Configuration section. |
| Ship Method | Drop-down list of the values defined in Configuration section. |
| Comment | |
| Custom Fields | If Transfer Order has any Active Custom Fields. |
CoreIMS allows you to do the following when searching:
1) search by the beginning or by any part of text fields;
2) hide/unhide search filters;
3) collapse/expand the filter area;
4) fasten/unfasten the filter area.
- Once you specify all necessary filter criteria, click Enter or Apply Filter button.
The results that satisfy the search criteria will be loaded to Transfer Orders frame:

If needed, reset previously specified filter criteria by clicking Reset Filter button.
You can also search for Transfer Orders created by you (your CoreIMS user) by clicking Display My Orders button:
- once you click Display My Orders button, it will be renamed to Display All Orders button - you can click it in order to display back orders created by all users.
Use navigation buttons
to switch the pages of the grid.
You can also customize the view of the grid and use Ctrl+F for searching.
View and Edit Transfer Order
You can view and, if needed, edit the necessary Transfer Order by double-clicking on it on the grid:

Transfer Orders List Report
You can print or export Transfer Orders List report displaying the data from the grid on Search Transfer Order screen. To this end use Print or Export button accordingly.

Troubleshooting
1. The Order cannot be found.
Check if you specified the necessary search criteria.
