Required Permissions

  1. Manage LPNs
    • ability to search, view, add, delete LPNs
  2. View Reports

Search LPN

  • Go to Inventory tab of the main menu.
  • Select Search LPN menu item.

The following window displaying LPNs opens:

  • Specify the necessary search criteria in Search LPN frame:

The following optional filters can be applied:

Filter Comment
Site The necessary Site can be searched by the ellipsis button [...].
Zone The necessary Zone can be searched by the ellipsis button [...].
Location The necessary Location can be searched by the ellipsis button [...].
Parent LPN The necessary LPN can be searched by the ellipsis button [...].
Code
LPN Type Drop-down list of LPN Types defined in System Settings.

CoreIMS allows you to do the following when searching:

1) search by the beginning or by any part of text fields;

2) set checkboxes to one of three states for searching;

3) hide/unhide search filters;

4) collapse/expand the filter area.

  • Once you specify all necessary filter criteria, click Apply Filter button.
    The results that satisfy the search criteria will be loaded to LPNs frame:

  • You can reset previously specified filter criteria by clicking Reset Filter button.

  • Use navigation buttons Navigation_buttons to switch the pages of the grid.
    You can also customize the view of the grid and use Ctrl+F for searching.

  • If needed, update the list of displayed LPNs with the up-to-date data from the database by clicking Refresh button.

Add LPN

  • Go to Inventory tab of the main menu.
  • Select Search LPN menu item.
  • Click Add button.

Add LPN window opens:

  • Specify the necessary attributes:
Attribute Required/Optional Comment
Site Required The necessary Site can be searched by the ellipsis button [...].
Location Required The necessary Location can be searched by the ellipsis button [...].
Parent LPN Optional The necessary LPN can be searched by the ellipsis button [...].
Code Required Shall be unique across the system.
LPN Type Required Drop-down list of LPN Types defined in System Settings.

  • Click Save button.

  • Click Reset button if you want to cancel adding of a new LPN.

View LPN

  • Go to Inventory tab of the main menu.
  • Select Search LPN menu item.
  • Select LPN by clicking on it and then on Edit button or by simply double-clicking on the necessary LPN.

LPNs._Edit

  • View LPN attributes in Edit LPN window:

  • If needed, delete LPN by clicking Delete button.

Note. LPN cannot be deleted if there are any stocks located on it.

LPN List Report

You can print or export LPN List report displaying the data from the grid on Search LPN screen. To this end use Print or Export button accordingly.

Troubleshooting

1. LPN cannot be found.

Check if you specified all the necessary search criteria.
